Because I understand the sensitive nature of your work, you won't need to spend time explaining clinical boundaries, client confidentiality, or specialized healing terminology.

We start with a friendly, complimentary 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss your practice's current bottlenecks, and see if our working styles align. If we decide to move forward, I will send over a tailored proposal, client agreement, and onboarding questionnaire to map out your priorities.

Absolute confidentiality is my highest priority. Operating from Portugal and adhering to strict European GDPR standards, I maintain rigorous digital security protocols. All passwords are managed via secure encrypted vaults, files are handled through compliant cloud environments, and I sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to our collaboration.

I offer both! Most clients partner with me on an ongoing monthly retainer package to ensure consistent weekly support for inbox management, client onboarding, and scheduling. However, I also accommodate focused project-based work, such as website setup, newsletter migrations, or practice workflow overhauls, depending on availability.

I am well-versed in a wide array of tools tailored for wellness and solo practices, including practice management platforms (like SimplePractice, Jane App, and Notion), scheduling tools (Acuity, Calendly), email marketing platforms (MailerLite, Flodesk, Substack), and general workspace tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Loom). If your practice uses specialized software, I am a fast learner and adapt quickly.

Communication is tailored to keep your mind clear and uncluttered. We typically use Slack or WhatsApp for quick daily check-ins, alongside a shared project board (such as Trello or Notion) so you always have real-time visibility into active and completed tasks. We can also schedule brief monthly or bi-weekly sync calls to review priorities.

Practices experience natural ebbs and flows. Monthly retainer tiers can be adjusted with advance notice to accommodate slower or busier seasons in your practice. My goal is to remain a flexible, grounding extension of your team without adding unnecessary administrative friction.
